This is a 10" and 7" cake with buttercream "grass skirt", fondant covered second tier and palm trees and tiki mask made of 50/50 fondant and gumpaste mix. I did a ganache filling on the bottom which set beautifully, however the second tier filling never quite set which left me with a less than perfect fondant finish.
