This was my first wedding cake. Had a some trouble with stacking it because of the kind of cake I used. Bottom layer is chocolate, 2nd layer is strawberry, 3rd layer is cappucino and top layer is chocolate covered with buttercream icing. The strawberry layer was too soft to support the weight of the other layers. I'll know next time! Lucky the bride was very laid back! I didn't make the sugar flowers, they were ordered but I did make the leaves. Bride and groom are both in law enforcement hence the cake topper. Glad the first one is out of the way!
