This was my first attempt at sugar bottles and sugar ice. The cake is chocolate with Raspberry Chambord Cream Cheese filling and CC icing. Planks are fondant stamped with wood grain pattern and painted with food coloring. The client said her husband liked beer and his bulldog so I named the beer "Eric's Bulldog Beer". Underneath the picture of the bulldog on the label was "49 years and going strong" and on the collar of the bottle "established 1961" with a paw print.
