This cake is a mix of a lot of characters my daughter likes, Hannah Montana, Olivia, Disney characters(mickey ears), i totally gorgot Hello Kitty. The fondant guitar on the cake is a replica of the guitar she got as a b-day present, a microphone 'cause she loves to sing.Bottom tier was a star chocolate cake with cho-hazelnut mousse, the other two tiers were lemon with lemon mousse, covered in fondant . First time using a fondant mat, it had stars on it. It was hard to cover and cut and keep the desing ,
