4 layer chocolate cake with whipped cream filling and "extra special" butter cream frosting. This cake was done with the help of a special little girl who was turning 9 and wanted to decorate a cake with me. She picked out a picture we followed from the Wilton book. Not too bad for a quick cake, it gave me a chance to practice my roses.
