My friend asked for a sandwich cake for her birthday. The Bread slices are Vanilla cake and I filled it with heaping Peanut Butter Buttercream and added a little Jelly. This cake has been a huge hit and I've had several people request it. It also tastes fantastic and is so easy to make.
