I made this cake because I saw some cakes with a similar theme. I added a hat on top and it turned out good. I loved making this and everyone loved it. The bottom is chocolate with vanilla buttercream and the middle and top are made of funfetti and the hat is carved from cake. I made this for my 2nd sons first birthday. It was really a blast!
