21St Fiesta

21st birthday cake and the party was at a mexican restaurant. Since it was her 21st, I made a pink champagne cake with a buttercream and fresh rasberry filling. I saw a technique on Cake Boss that I wanted to try. He cut out squares and then dipped them in sugar to give a textured look. I tried to do the same and I think the sides turned out really neat. One of my favorite cakes so far :) Thanks for looking!
