My first cake after completing Wilton course 1 and one of my favorites of all time! Cake is an 8" bottom, 6" middle and the "volcano" is a cake baked in a small pyrex bowl. Everything is buttercream icing except brown sugar for the sand and pretzel sticks for the palm trees. Made the "lava" by melting red frosting (store bought since the buttercream got oily in the micro) and slowly poured it in small ammounts over the top. Thanks for looking!
