My first atempt at an XBOX cake, I think a got a bit over confident in doing a 12 Inch cake! .. have learnt from it to never do anything bigger than a 10 Inch in future. I had problem with the fondant as you will notice! ... but we only get better with practice don't we !! any comments gratefully accepted, good or bad !!!
