This was my first attempt at a cupcake pull-apart cake. I frosted each cupcake individually and then situated them on the cake board. I filled in the gaps using the large decorating tip, then scraped the top using a decorating comb for the textured look. It was fun to make and I hope the birthday boy likes it.
