a picture is worth a thousand words, excellent
well done, very pretty
This cake is really beautiful, you did a wonderful job!
Thank you so much for you encouraging comments!!!!
Beautiful!! Would not change a thing. The little hearts add a nice touch.
I love this! It's so elegant looking...how did you get the gold color?
The gold color is Gold luster dust. You mix it with lemon extract and then color the hearts with a brush. The hearts are made in royal icing and are piped on the cake.
Beautiful! I love the gold accents -- very elegant!
Thanks for the tip! I tried to get a gold color with BC and it was more like a mustard color :o
Very pretty...how did you get the pattern on your ribbon? It' lovely.
Beautiful, just gorgeous!!!
Beautiful. I love the gift tag. What a great touch.
The pattern on the ribbon is made with a texture rolling pin and the gift tag is wafer paper, I wrote on with royal icing and let it dry, then paint it with gold luster dust.
