This was my first topsy turvy cake and the first time making bows. I don't know if you can see it really well in the picture, but there's a small spot on both the top and middle tier where the fondant got kind of gross and wrinkly looking. Why did it do this?? (and ignore the background....the kitchen explodes when I'm baking and decorating)
