This is my first MMF cake, made for my Lego loving son. Every batch of fondant turned out different and the orange was impossible to fix so I used it for the letters.

I don't have a fondant smoother so just used my hands but I think it turned out fairly smooth. The MMF shrank at the bottom on the cakes after I trimmed it so I had to place some rolled up fondant around the edges.

My son was thrilled, there was enough cake to feed everyone so I think in the end I am very happy with the results.
