I made this cake for my grandson's 3rd birthday. Lightning is white cake with buttercream icing. Mater is chocolate cake with buttercream icing. Both are covered in fondant. The two cakes are sitting on top of a 1/2 sheet cake. The decals on Lightning are paper cutouts.
