So, I was excited that I had some time to work on the cake. No last minute stuff like the week before. I started baking, made the frosting, cooled the cakes. Alright! Now just frost them and decorate them. No, I made chocolate cake.....of course the order was for white cake. Soooo I had to start all over again. Baking at 1 am the morning the cake was due! Ugh! And then I made IMBC which I froze to stiffen up, but instead I ended up separating the sugar and butter and the BC ended up having this horrible consistency :( I made it work, covered the cake, and delivered it hoping it would taste good.
