I made this cake for my husband's birthday. We have a cabin in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan and I decided to do a cake with that theme. Base cake is a white 12"x12" square. Cabin is marble cake with fondant windows and door. Trees are waffle cones and lake is colored piping gel. Fire ring is chocolate chips, fire logs are pretzels with a candle in the middle. Path to the cabin is crushed gram crackers.
