This is the second of two Super Mario cakes I made for my son's birthday. It's also, my first fondant cake I ever made. After figuring out how to work fondant, Mario's head/face took me two hours to make. I didn't give up !! These Super Mario cakes were my first attempt at fondant. Not bad for my first try !! LOL
