This was a cake for a friends son. The premis of the cake is that Nemo is sitting in the fish take while his dad and Dory are on their adventure looking for him. The fish are rice cereal covered in fondant and hand painted. Squirt the turtle is fondant and bruce the shark is chocolate. All the coral on the cake was fondant. I used a conbination of brown sugar and sugar for the "sand"
