Darn good chocolate cake cupcakes with Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing w/ Kahlua. Fondant/gumpaste decorations. I made these for a brunch I am having for a friends birthday tomorrow. Nothing was going how I wanted it too so this is what I ended up with instead. I wanted chocolate ganache with a deeper red flowers but my chocolate ganache didn't turn out although I have used it many times. Off day I guess. :(
