This cake is made from 2- 12" round & a 10" round. I layered them with buttercream & then just carved it until I thought it looked ok. The legs are made of a single 9X13 cake cut into 8 pieces(each leg is 2 layers) and then shaped. If I had it to do over I think I would probably use the single loaf pans that are 4 to a pan. The frosting is buttercream. I made the patches & face from fondant. It was a really easy cake once I figured out how I wanted it.
