This is my MAJOR chocolate cake! it is a dark chocolate cake with alternating layers of white chocolate ganache and semi-sweet chocolate ganache. Then it's covered in milk chocolate ganache and wrapped in dark chocolate modeling clay. Gumpaste roses adorn the top with a simple pink fondant ribbon around the sides.
