The completed Cake. It needed a bit of patience and "tweaking", as we all know how delicate royal icing can be... but that's why you should make more icing to use as "glue". I'm a lazy cook, and don't really like baking, so I bought 4 square ready made fruit cakes (but used only 3 ), placed them together and cut it to size, using the pot to measure. Then covered it with ready-made icing (the one you can roll & knead), which I added colour to. FEEL FREE TO COMMENT!
