I got this idea from the CC gallery (thanks lakila!) It was for my son's first birthday. Cream cheese pound cake with strawberry creme filling. Iced in MM Fluff buttercream with fondant windows, headlights, grill, etc., and presents. The 'dirt' in the back is crushed up chocolate graham crackers. I was pretty excited with how it turned out.
