This was a 2 Tier Buttercream Cake for my sisters baby shower. 10" Dark chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse, raspberry jam, drizzled with framboise and Grand Marnier and covered with white chocolate italian buttercream. 6" buttercake with blackberry mousse, blackberry jam, white chocolate buttercream, drizzled with framboise and Granf Marnier and covered with white chocolate italian buttercream. Cakes are decorated with buttercream, gum paste decorations, rolled fondant fence, shimmer dust.
