I made this for someone's 80th Birthday Party!! I used two round pans to make the "8" and trimmed them so they fit into each other. I used an oval shaped pan for the "0" and used a smaller oval shaped pan to cut out the middle. The cake was iced in buttercream. The roses were made out of royal icing. The leaves were made out of buttercream icing.
