Armadillo grooms cake. Red Velvet cream cheese (of course). The body is cake and the head is made of rice krispies. The cake was covered in fondant and airbrushed with food color. The base was set on small dowels covered in fondant to look like feet. He was approximately 18" long from nose to tail.
