Made for my sister's birthday.cocoa transfer method and buttercream frosting was used.I printed the picture off the internet.Tape wax paper to the picture and poke holes in the outlines of the picture with a quilting straight pin.Ice the cake with buttercream,put in icebox and let the icing crust over.Remove the wax paper from the picture and lay wax paper on top of the cake.Gently smooth the wax paper down.Put cocoa in a knee high stocking and tie shut.Gently pat the cocoa over the wax paper until all the holes have been done.Stick the cake back in the ice box for a lttle while.get it back out and gently remove the wax paper.Then decorate the cake the way you want it.I always pat the picture with the cocoa twice,just to make sure I get a good transfer.You may have to enlarge the picture.
