I was going to fondant the tiers then thought why not try BC....well you can see why not. I can't get BC smooth to save my soul:( So then I decided to texture the sides, another failure. I attempted to luster dust and steam my roses, but again fail. Not to mention that the bottom tier started to collapse so I had to prop it up. Sob :( The good new is it tasted great! Khaluah, choc cake with raspberry filling and choc BC. yum.
