I made this for my boss's friend who is a quilter. It was late when I got started on it and by 10:30pm my creativity had gone out the window. So while I'm pleased with the top of the cake, I think I should have done something different on the sides. Its devils food cake with bavarian cream filling and ganache under the MMF.
