This was for my stepdaughter's 21st birthday. Its 3 layers of chocolate red velvet cake with butercream icing, covered in fondant. Decorations are gumpaste snowmen, shooting stars, and a champagne bottle. Fondant was brushed with silver in a snowflake pattern.
