This was done for an 18th Birthday, The first picture is of the cake before I put the personal touches on it. They asked for baby booties (I added the sign "its a girl" 1992 so everyone would know it was for her birth not that she was having a baby), a pirate for the school mascot, a brown horse, diploma for graduation, cell phone, and a little black car.
