This cake was for young girl turning 16. It was 3 - 7" x 11" layers of Snickerdoodle with cinnamon buttercream then covered in fondant. The lid was made from gumpaste and shaped over the bottom or the 7" x 11" pan and dried for several days. The shoe, pearls and tissue paper were also made from gumpaste. Admittedly, this is not my best fondant work......the fondant was too soft (room temp)....lesson learned.
