single tier castle cake. I'm not happy with this one. It's really lacking something... but then, it gets to 3.30am and you stop caring! :o( 8" square caramel flavour sponge with caramel flavour buttercream covered in marzipan and sugarpaste. Turrets made from pastillage. Customer due any time now to collect it... hope she likes it.
