Cake for my dear friend Christine's Birthday. Chocolate buttercream cake with Swiss meringue icing, gumpaste roses, fondant accents I had a bit of a problem with the SMI melting while I was trying to smooth it...going to try Italian Meringue next time- I read it was easier to work with.
