This is a cake I did for a gentleman's 80's birthday. He was a jazz musician back in the day. The cake is chocolate with mocha buttercream, covered with white chocolate fondant. Rose are gumpaste. The instruments, musical notes and piano are molded white and dark chocolate. This is my all time favorite cake. Had a ball doing it. Thanks for looking!
