This was my 4 year old's bowling birthday cake. The alley and the ball are both cake covered with fondant. I painted on the wood grain for the alley and marbeled black and red fondant for the ball. The pins are rice crispy treats covered with gum paste. I sprayed the fondant with Pam cooking spray for the shiny look.
