CSM: This was for a coworker's cousin (who isn't a diva BTW). Top tier is strawberry margarita, & bottom is chocolate fudge. Tiers are covered with T's Marshmallow Fondant. This was a first time for carving in sides of a cake, but it wasn't so bad. The birthday girl loved it and that's what counts.
