This was a cake for three different people: the mother, who just came back from a vacation, the sister, who's a nurse, and the nephew, a boy turning 5. I made my own decorating gel for the first time. Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, buttercream icing and fondant and gel to decorate. One of my all time favorites!
