I made this Italian Cream cake with cream cheese frosting (tinted ivory) for my in-law's 60th anniversary. It was inspired by one of Jennifer Dontz's wedding cakes. Hope she doesn't mind. I love embroidery and this reminds me of that. Made the roses using fondant to which I had added some Tylose.
