I learned 2 things on this cake: don't put a lot of filling in a cake that has something kinda heavy on top of it and don't put the blocks so close to the edge of the cake. Letters on the blocks are royal icing (the front says AVA (the baby's name) - the top says BABY - and the backs of the blocks said ALISON (the mom's name).
