Fondant, designed by the birthday girl (my daughter). Drawn up with colored pencils, then she helped make it by kneading fondant, forming the "12" and telling me exactly what size of polka dots to make and where to place them.....such fun to make together! Top layer is vanilla with oreo cookie filling, bottom layer is chocolate with chocolate BC with chocolate chips filling (she requested those particular flavors and fillings as well!)
