This is a mini rice crispy treat cake made for a friends grandson's 2nd birthday. The cake is only about 6 inches tall. Perfect size for a kid. I did not know who Handy Manny was so had to watch a couple episodes to get inspiration. The 'cake' is all cereal treat with Fondant icing and figures.
