This was a cake was for a little girl who turned 7 years old. Top tier and bottom tier were strawberry cake with a strawberry cream filling, crumb coated in buttercream. The middle layer was chocolate with a whipped ganache filling and crumb coated in whipped ganache. The cake and all decorations were in fondant.
