Made for our Friend's 37th i think, Chocolate cake covered in butter cream icing and decorated with fondant, it was realy hard colouring the icing black but over time i noticed it got darker with leaving it to sit. i think for a first timer it turned out good, but next time will do things a little different. the disk is made from white choc.
