This is a fruitcake that I made a several weeks ago. The icing and decorations are all fondant.I didnt use marzipan because no one likes it. I didn't have a holly cutter so I used a leaf cutter for the shape, then used a blossom cutter to get the shape around the leaves.I think it turned out pretty good. All my family loved it.
