2007 Christmas on Cake Central

I decorated these 2 weeks ago. It was hot the day I piped the icing on them...thats why they look a bit flat. I made a 9" fruit cake and cut it into 4. They're all covered in almond paste then sugarpaste. I used meringue powder in the royal icing (which was the first time for me) I made the trees and snowmen from sugarpaste,with tylose in it. I think they look cute and I like the blue with the white.
