Made with cream cheese frosting, candied pralined pecans, the fluffiest cake batter ever and a wonderful bourban syrup under the icing that gave it a new orleans taste. Placed it on the pan it was made in for height, then iced the cake and the pan to cover it. Wrapped it in raffia and placed Autum leaves in the raffia.
