My first cake. Well, the first one I've been brave enough to post. Birthday cake for my 2 year old niece. Tried using edible glitter - just ended up looking blotchy. Anyone who has advice to get these cakes to sparkle, I'd appreciate the tip. I tried wetting down the fondant with a brush and then threw the glitter on. The fondant dried darker in places and most of the glitter didn't stick. Thanks for looking!
