Buttercream frosting with fondant dots and little ladybugs. The large ladybug's head is also fondant, with wire for the antennae. The details on the little ladybugs (like the dots and heads) are buttercream. I can't take full credit for the design (though I did make changes to it), but I'm not sure who did the original.
